FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: Can I order less than 5000 flyers?
A: No. Due to our printing process, we are set up to run in increments of 5,000.
Q: Can I place a rush order to be shipped in less than 48 hours?
A: No. Due to the volume of our business, orders are processed as they are received. It is virtually
impossible to have an order ready to ship in less than 2 business days. In some cases, depending on
workflow, an order may be ready within 24 hours. However, it cannot be shipped during that time, thus
requiring the second business day.
Q: Can an order of 5,000 be divided into two orders of 2,500, each set with a separate image?
A: No. All 5,000 must be the same image.
Q: What is UV coating?
A: It is a clear coat finish applied after the flyer has printed with ink to give it a shiny finish.
Q: Is there a sales tax on out of state orders?
A: There is no sales tax on orders shipped outside of the State of Michigan
